Nice view & location but very dirty apartment.
Positive: The view is really good, and very private . Neighbours are very quiet and you get your own space. Quite peaceful
Negative: The apartment wasn't clean at all, the plates were too dirty to be used. Had stains on them. The beds had a smell and I slept on the chair because of how dusty the beds were. Under the sofa had a sticky green stain and almost every piece of furniture had dust.
If the apartment was cleaned properly then it won't be that bad.
